Private Company No. 511692857 (hereinafter: the “Company”), respects the privacy of the Company users, including by the internet website owned by the Company, and that the Company manages and operates in the following URL: www.rrsystems.co.il (hereinafter respectively: the “User” or the “Users” and the “Website”). 

This Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy (hereinafter jointly: the “Privacy Policy”) regulate the manner that the Company uses the information it collects in the Website. 

The information provided below is intended to assist the User in understanding the Privacy Policy of the Company. The Privacy Policy detailed below will clarify the information the Company collects about Users, including on the Website, the purposes for which the Company collects the information, the possible uses the Company may make of the information, the third parties to whom the Company may transfer the information, and how the Company manages and safeguards the information.

The information provided by the User to the Company is given voluntarily and with the User’s consent and is not required by law. The information will be stored in the Company’s database for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. The use of the services offered by the Company, including on the Website, constitutes the User’s consent to this Privacy Policy and to the storage and management of information in the aforementioned database. The use of the information in the database shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy or as required by law, for the purposes detailed below.

In it Privacy Policy words which are in the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine gender, and vice versa.

• What is information? 

In this Policy, the term “Information” refers to any data collected by the Company or provided to it by the User or anyone on their behalf in the course of the User’s use of the Website or the services included therein, through which the User can be identified, as well as information protected under the Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the “Law”). 

• The sources that the Company uses for the purpose of collecting information about the User

1. Information provided by the User to the Company, including but not limited to inquiries regarding the purchase of the services of the Company, whether through WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, social networks, or similar platforms;
2. Information that the User provides to the Company, inter alia, in connection with the purchase of the services provided by the Company; 

1. Information that the Company receives in connection with the services that the Company provides; 

1. When the User asks to join the Company newsletter; 

1. By using the Website. 

• The information that the Company collects about the User 

The Company will collect the following information about the Users (in whole or in part): 

1. Full name; 
2. Telephone number; 
3. Mobile phone number; 
4. Email; 
5. Date of birth; 
6. ID. No.; 
7. Address; 
8. Recordings of conversations with the User, to the extent relevant; 
9. Consumer preferences of the User; 
10. Any additional information that the User provides and/or that the Company receives in connection with the User and the use of the services of the Company, including the use of the Website; 
11. In addition, during the use of the Website, the Company will collect Non-Identifiable Information about the Users, that does not disclose the personal identity of the Users, as stated in the Cookies Policy in section 10 below (hereinafter: “Non-Identifiable Information”). 

• Why does the Company collect the information and the use that the Company makes with the information (the “purposes”)? 

The Company collect information about the User for the following purposes, in whole or in part: 

1. For the purpose of and in connection with the services that the Company or anyone acting on its behalf provide; 

1. For the operation and management of the services of the Company, including the management of the Website, including marketing, advertisement, sales promotion, and encouragement of sales; 

1. For the purpose of facilitating the performance of the actions in the Website by the User;

1. Analyzing the Users’ profiles in the services of the Company, including in the Website, for the purpose of marketing products, including, but not limited to, on the internet; 

1. For the purpose of sending advertisements, information about products and services, benefits, promotions, discounts, and marketing materials via electronic means; 

1. For direct mailing services, as defined in the Law; 

1. For the internal purposes of the Company; 

1. For the purpose of defending against lawsuits, demands and claims against the Company and anyone acting on its behalf, and against third parties; 

1. For the purpose of enforcing the provisions of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy; 

1. For the purpose of complying with the provisions of any law;

In addition, the Company uses Non-Identifiable Information collected through various technological means, including for the operation of the Website, to facilitate its use, for statistical analysis related to Website usage, and for other purposes as detailed in section 10 of the Privacy Policy below. 

• Transfer of information 

1. The Company will not transfer or disclose information to third parties except as specified in this Privacy Policy. 

1. The transfer of the information to third parties will include relevant information only that does not exceed from the purposes for which the information is transferred, and shall be performed proportionately, for a specific, express, and legitimate purpose. 

1. The Company may transfer the information or any part thereof to third parties, upon the occurrence of one or more of the following cases: 
   1. Third parties that provide various services to the Company, including but not limited to security system support and IT (Information Technology) services, data storage services, payment processing services, website development services, survey and research services, customer management services, CRM systems, subcontractors on behalf of the Company, companies providing advertising and marketing services, attorneys or other external professional advisors, as well as business partners and other third parties that provide services to the Company in connection with its operations.

1. If the Company receives an instruction, including a judicial order, ordering to the Company to provide the User details or information regarding the User in accordance with the provisions of any law. 

1. Upon the occurrence of any dispute, claim, demand, suit or legal proceedings between the User or anyone acting on its behalf and the Company or anyone acting on its behalf. 

1. In the event of transfer and/or sale and/or assignment and/or acquisition of the Company and/or its assets and/or any part thereof, whether or not for consideration, inter alia, in cases in which the ownership in the Website and/or its content, in whole or in part, is transferred to third parties, including, but not limited to, in the event of the merger of the Company and/or its activity with third parties, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event of full or partial change of control in the Company. 
2. If a claim is made, or if the Company suspects that a User committed an act and/or omission that might harm the Company, anyone acting on its behalf, and any other third party, including other Users. 

1. If a claim is made, or if the Company suspects that a User uses the Website for the purpose of committing an illegal act and/or for the purpose of allowing, facilitating, abetting, and/or inducing the commission of such act. 

1. In any event in which the Company deems that the provision of the information is required for the purpose of preventing damage to the Company, to the User or to any third party. 

1. The Company shall be entitled to transfer the information to third parties as stated above, including to entities outside the State of Israel. This may include third parties located in countries with information security standards that differ from those prescribed under Israeli law and that may offer a lower level of security than that provided under Israel’s privacy protection laws. Without derogating from the provisions of this Policy, use of the Website constitutes the User’s consent to this Privacy Policy, including the transfer, storage, and retention of information by third parties located outside the State of Israel. 

1. Without derogating from the provisions of this Privacy Policy, the Company and anyone acting on its behalf shall not be held liable in any manner, and the Company is exempt from any liability in connection with any damage, loss or expense, of any kind and type, whether direct and whether indirect, and/or circumstantial and/or consequential that were caused and/or that will be caused to the Users and/or to a third party in anything related to and pertaining to service providers, including in anything related to the collection of the information by the service providers, the use of the information, its transfer to third parties, its protection and security by the service providers and any related matter. 

• Information security 

1. The Company implements technical and physical measures regarding privacy and data security in accordance with accepted standards. However, it is known that the storage and transmission of information through electronic means, including via the Internet, can never be entirely secure. Therefore, whenever the User provides information to the Company, particularly via the Internet, they do so with full consent and subject to the inherent risks associated with such transmission.

1. The Company does not guarantee that the Website will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored on it. In any case, if the User has reason to believe that transmitting information to the Company is no longer secure, please notify us using the contact details provided in Section 15 of this Privacy Policy.

• Limitation of liability 

The Company and anyone acting on its behalf shall bear no liability and is exempt from any responsibility in connection with any damage, loss, or expense of any kind or nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, incurred or that may be incurred by Users and/or any third party in relation to the collection of information, its use, transfer to third parties, storage, and security.

• Period of holding the information 

The Company will retain the User’s information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Information about other individuals  

If the User provides the Company with information regarding other individuals, including family members or other third parties, the User must do so only after: (a) informing the third parties about the contents of this Policy; and (b) obtaining the necessary consent for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of information about the third party in accordance with this Policy and as required by law, if applicable.

The Website uses Cookies and other technologies for one or more of the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. • Right to access and rectify the information 

The right to access and rectify information is subject to the provisions of the law. If the User wishes to review or amend the information, they may do so by contacting the Company using the contact details provided in section 15 of this Privacy Policy

• Governing law and jurisdiction 

1. The terms and provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy, as well as any amendments or modifications thereto, along with the use of the Website, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

1. The courts of Tel Aviv – Yafo shall be exclusively vested with jurisdiction over any dispute and/or claim arising in connection with the use of the Website and this Privacy Policy. 

• Modifications and updates

The Company may, at its sole discretion, amend this Privacy Policy from time to time without the need for prior notice or warning. The updated Privacy Policy published on the Website shall be binding upon the User. The User’s continued use of the Website following an update to the Privacy Policy shall constitute the User’s consent to the updated Privacy Policy, including any changes made thereto.

• Miscellaneous 

1. The User may not assign to another his rights and/or obligations under this Privacy Policy. The Company may transfer its rights and/or obligations to another. 

1. This Privacy Policy shall not derogate from any right that the Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf may seek under any law.
