Ichilov Hospital and Neta Medical Services operate an innovative service: ‘Ichilov Home’. The essence of this service is bringing Ichilov Hospital’s medical quality to patients’ homes. R.R Systems supports the adaptation of work processes and service requirements through a supporting information system. R.R’s system serves the service’s doctors and other staff members. The system was built and adapted quickly to meet the needs of doctors and nursing staff, with customized forms for the service and the development of a supporting medical orders process. Recently, R.R Systems completed the development of a dashboard screen that enables maximum management and control for service patients. We look forward to continuing our joint work with R.R Systems.

I received a task from the client to create a secure personal area where patients could view their imaging test results performed at our facility. We needed to minimize the waiting time for results, thereby reducing the anxiety associated with waiting to learn whether there was an abnormal finding or if everything was normal. We also wanted to streamline and simplify the administrative work involved in manually delivering interpretation results to clients. Additionally, we wanted to enable access to the personal area from anywhere: from a café, the beach, or while on vacation in Costa Rica. The R.R Systems team, led by CEO David Santer, is fully committed to the task and has established an efficient system with immediate notifications to clients about their interpretation status. As a result, the administrative team’s workload regarding delivering results to clients was minimized, allowing them to focus on more important tasks.
